The small business website management service consists of a small business website hosting package together
with a small business website maintenance service. The small business website management service
includes:
- 50MB Disk space
- 1GB Monthly data transfer
- 2 POP3/IMAP/WebMail accounts
- Support provided by email only
- Reasonable routine updates conducted on a quarterly basis*
*Reasonable routine updates includes the update of existing content such as bringing words
or images up to date on an irregular basis. It does not include the addition of new content or
changes to the design, style or structure of the website.

The small business website management service is aimed at the business which has a website
where the website content changes on an irregular basis. Perhaps you may require annual updates
to product prices or alteration of contact information. Alternatively from time to time you may
need to update product information. The hosting package will support significant traffic passing

TNC would take responsibility for the day to day management of the website and deal with any
issues relating to hosting or email facilities.
